Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the REVU app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is developed and operated by Kiyora. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
2. What the App provides
REVU is a management tool for hairdressers and beauty salon owners to track appointments, customers, services, and payments. An online booking request page (randevu.enezspace.com) for your customers is also part of the service.
3. Your account and responsibilities
- You own your account, accessed via email/password, Google, or Apple sign-in, and are responsible for keeping it secure.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the appointments, customers, and contact details you enter, and for complying with applicable data protection law when collecting that information.
- You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or in a way that violates others' rights.
4. Pro Subscription
Plans:
- Monthly: ₺141.99 — auto-renews every month
- Yearly: ₺1,703.99 — auto-renews every year
New subscribers get a 1-week free trial; unless cancelled before the trial ends, your chosen plan starts automatically.
- Payment is charged to the App Store or Google Play account you use to confirm the purchase; REVU/Kiyora never has access to your card details.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancel anytime from your App Store/Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
- Refunds are handled entirely through Apple's or Google's own refund policies; REVU/Kiyora cannot process refunds directly.
- Prices may change; any change will not affect your current paid period.
5. Intellectual property
The App's design, code, and the REVU brand belong to Kiyora. Appointment and customer data you enter remains yours; these Terms grant us no rights over it beyond what's needed to operate the App for you.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is." Kiyora does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and is not liable for the outcomes of appointments, agreements with your customers, or business decisions made using the App.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time via "Hesabı Sil" in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
8. Changes
If these Terms change, the "last updated" date on this page will be revised.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
